Carrie Thalheimer: Precision and Partnership
As a senior regional lease administrator, Carrie collaborates across multiple departments including Accounting, Construction, Leasing and Property Management to ensure documents are accurate and up to date. Based in Georgia, she brings that same spirit of dedication to her personal life, where she enjoys time with her husband, daughters and grandchildren—and even participates in polar bear plunges to raise money for the Special Olympics.
“My role is all about precision and partnership,” she says. “I love working with great people across the business to make things seamless for our team and our customers.”
Xavier Diaz: Efficiency, Empathy and a Global Outlook
An executive assistant based in New York City, Xavier supports our team with professionalism and poise. Born in the U.S. and raised in the Dominican Republic, he speaks three languages and celebrates his culture all year round. Xavier’s story was originally shared as part of our National Latinx Hispanic Heritage Month #PeoplePowered series.
“Our cultures are like siblings—they share similarities, but each one is unique,” he says. “For example, the Spanish you hear in the Caribbean is different from the Spanish you hear in South America.”
Leslie Edelman: Creativity in Motion
From video and audio to photography and beyond, creative producer Leslie Edelman ensures Link Logistics looks and sounds its best. She and her production team manage every detail behind the scenes while strategizing, coordinating and crafting content that connects.
“I’d like to think I’m a midwife to creativity, but it feels more like being a juggling, color-changing octopus,” Leslie says. “The goal is always to balance strategy, creativity, risk and results in everything we produce.”
Rina Patel: Where Financial Strategy Meets Personal Values
A senior vice president in our Corporate Accounting department, Rina helps manage our firm’s financial health. She also takes pride in her heritage and traditions, as her family traces its roots to the Indian state of Gujarat. Rina was originally featured in our #PeoplePowered series during Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Month.
“In accounting, attention to detail is everything, but it’s the people behind the work who really make the difference,” she says. “I feel grateful to be part of a team that brings insight, reliability and dedication to everything we do.”
